Prepaid Users: Be Responsible!

I agree with that proposal to have those prepaid numbers registered in their telecom companies. Some of the countries still do not have control over prepaid accounts. Like in the Philippines, you can just but a prepaid sim card from anywhere and you can do whatever with it. Which is disgusting sometimes because some evildoers use this to cascade text or scam messages. Unlike here in the US that you still have to apply for a prepaid account from a certain telecom company.
