UKE, a telecommunications market regulator, said that Poland's telecoms market is showing signs of saturation where 95% of adults owns a telephone. This was based from UKE's commissioned poll conducted by PBS last December.
The poll had randomized representative sample of 1,602 homes where 41 percent of the respondents have fixed-line and mobile phone
